Recognizing this gap, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Rosario launched Project KALSO, a community-driven intervention designed not just to bring learners back, but to walk with them every step of the way.
True to its meaning, “kalso”—a wedge that stabilizes—this initiative serves as a support system that fills the non-academic gaps that hinder OSYs from continuing their education.
